It was great to find out about KumoMTA. As a software engineer, I appreciate it because it is open-source and easy to use. After thoroughly reviewing all the documentation, I implemented a production-ready multi-tenant solution in a very short period. It took me about two months, including the research, to have KumoMTA running and sending the first test email. Adding a customized tenant dashboard and API took another two months, and it is now in full production.
My partners and I have always been driven by the pursuit of something more—something better. This determination led us to recognize a significant gap in the email deliverability market. We envisioned a solution that could combine reliability, efficiency, and user-friendliness, which is exactly what we set out to create.
With my background in technology, I built the entire integration on KumoMTA, a powerful and easy-to-use tool that became the backbone of our platform. KumoMTA’s robust capabilities allowed us to ensure that emails are delivered promptly and efficiently, meeting the high standards we set for our service.
Still, technology alone isn’t enough. This is where the expertise of our founding team came into play. With one partner focusing on operations and another dedicated to customer success, we covered all bases, streamlining our processes to enhance efficiency and reliability and most importantly, ensuring that our clients always feel supported and valued.
